How we work

How an engagement runs

We start with the records, not a slide deck. The first product is a shared set of facts, then a model, a board memo, or a filing.

  1. 01

    Review

We start with the records and the question: operating data, the general ledger, capital, program rules, or a filing. Two weeks is usually enough to locate the dollars and the decision.

  2. 02

    Model

Options are modeled in census, labor, cash, capital, and program design so you can see the numbers before anyone files, borrows, or hires.

  3. 03

    Deliver

The product is a memo, a model, a board pack, or a filing. Your team keeps ownership of the file.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

A periodic review of results, covenants, quality submissions, and the next decision so the following year is planned, not discovered.
